How do I create a personal event logging form?
I want to know if if one of the office packages is able to allow me to create a simple log file of events throughout the day
Information that needs to be stored: Time and date stamp of logs(auto function), persons affected, the time it affected them, the reason for the issue, staff involved in the issue and the additional notes section As concept design I used google form, however, due information stored and IT policy the information must only remain on the local system (offline) https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1aRU...S2tKU/viewform I also like the way with google form once file in it gives you another blank form (also want to be able to use TAB function key to complete the form without use of the mouse for speed, if possible) Any suggestion would be greatly received |

It would be fairly easy to create an Excel workbook to hold the data - Simply create a set of headings (Time & date, persons affected, time affected, reason, staff involved, the additional notes) on the first row, then add the data as & when required. I note that you refer to 'Time and date stamp of logs(auto function)'. It's not apparent to me how you intend this would be auto-created or what it is meant to represent.
