Hello!



I got Office15 about a year ago. I installed it on a HDD, and have been using it until a few months ago, when I built-in a SSD in my computer. I'm booting Windows on the SSD, but I still have the HDD and can access it; Only problem: I can't start all the Office15 programs from the SSD. So my question is:
1. How do I migrate my Office15 from my HDD to my SSD?
OR
2. How do I re-download Office15?

I still have the 25character long productkey & the order number, but I don't really think I've much more.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what could be the accountdata which whom I bought Office last year. I checked all my e-mail accounts I could remember, but nothing there...
Is there another way? I mean, I can even still start office if I boot from my HDD, but I'd like to be able to start it from my SSD.

When you bought your copy of Office, you would have obtained the complete installation file set, either on a DVD or as a download. Did you keep that? If so, it should be just a matter of uninstalling, then reinstalling on the SSD using the original installation file set, plus product key which you say you still have.

I just searched through my whole PC, but couldn't find the installation files. So basically the only things I have is the installation on the HDD, the product-key, and the order-number

The link I provided before has a 'Getting started' section with a link to another page where you can input your product key. That allows you to create a Microsoft Account. Did you try that? If so, what was the outcome?

If you get no joy from that and you still can't find the details of what your Microsoft Account is (so you can log into that via a link in the 'Download, install, or reinstall' section, it looks like you might have to sign-up for and download a trial copy, from http://products.office.com/en-us/try. You can then uninstall the old copy (make a restore point first) and reinstall the new one. Assuming it accepts your product key, everything should be OK. You can then opt out of the trial.

Depending on how the new install reacts to your new setup, you may have to reactivate via the 'Activate Office 2013 on a different PC' process outlined at: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...rs=en-US&ad=US.

If it all goes pear-shaped, at least you can revert to your restore point.
