my laptop is pooping out and i need to factory reset it.




i recently bought a office 365 $69.99 1pc installation.

if i factory reset and tried to reinstall office 365 will i be aloud?

It should. You may need to call Microsoft, though.

For future reference. The standard protocol on this and most forums is for the title to give information about your question, not your urgency. As long as you have the product key or activation key then yes you can do a restore on your computer and then reinstall Office. The product will usually let you activate it a couple of times before it'll tell you that you may need to call Microsoft to activate.

Just make sure you backup everything that is important.

There is no limit to how many times Office can be installed on the same hardware. Telephone activation issues only come into play if a product is installed on multiple computers, as per the EULA.
