Hey,
I have officer enterprise 2007 installed on my laptop running Vista and whenever I try to open any of the programs it comes up with a dialog box telling me to wait while office enterprise is configured. Its getting to be really irritating, any ideas how I can stop this happening?
I've had a google around and its obviously quite a common problem, but I haven't found any fixes that have worked.

How are you accessing your Office programs? Shortcuts, the start menu? Try going to C: > Programs Files > Microsoft Office > Office 12 > select the exe for a program (word.exe). Does that give you the same "please wait while windows configures" error?

I have the same thing happen - but only because I have more than one version of Office installed on the computer - and only if I have been using the "other" version. ie, if I've been using Word 2003 then next time I go to use Word 2007, it goes through that configuration screen.
Just thought I'd mention it in case you have multiple versions.
