Let's reclassify this as "solved."

As soon as I left msofficeforums.com and did a Google search, I found that may others had encountered this problem and that solutions were offered by some, including one MS Knowledge Base article. I'll go back to those, but thanks for letting me post. If the editors wish to delete this thread, I have no objections.
