Windows 7 32bit online help opening wrong program type

online help opening wrong program type

Whenever I go to any MS Office help and I try to open a suggested online article it tries to open it with my paint program, and will not open. If the help in "on my computer" and built into the office help file I can open it, but if the help is anywhere else it will try to open with paint and will not open. Can anyone help me reset my default online help. Thank you
