Any way to test Office 2013 RT before buying Surface 2?
Hey everyone,
I have an iPad but was thinking of getting a Surface 2 instead to be more productive with work. We use Office a lot and the company I work for has some forms we use that all use macros etc so they don't work on Excel for iPad or even Excel for Mac until you open it in Windows and then save it. In Word we use locked documents which have fields to enter customer info on them. I understand Office 2013 RT doesn't support macros etc, but other than going to Best Buy and trying it there, is there any way I can test documents out myself? Was hoping there was a trial for Office 2013 or that since I have Office 365 which includes it that I'd be able to just install it on a Windows 8 machine and use the "Metro" tablet style version but it seems that Office 2013 RT is just preloaded on a RT tablet. Thought I'd see if there's any suggestions thanks! |
