I have a new laptop with Windows 8.1 and want to activate my Office Professional 2010.

After entering the license key and restarting an Office program, I go to the Activation Wizard screen and select the activation over the internet.

However, then I get the message :


"An unspecified error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. (0x80070190)"

What do I need to do to get my software activated ? It worked perfectly on my old one.
