Default Is Microsoft the right program and what one would I use?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a form for an audit that I'm putting together but I would like the form to be interactive, so if I tick in say question 2 then the form opens a section for that question and a number of questions are asked depending on the answer given, once all questions are completed then the form goes on to question 3 and so on, is it possible to do this in microsoft?
