Hello Everyone,
I have created a custom ribbon in the office 2010 and generated a template out of it. I have placed it in the startup folder of the office so that as soon as system start these ribbon will be applied to all the word documents. All functionality seems to be working fine. Now i am getting complaints from some of the user that sometime the ribbon icons disappears from the word documents and when they start the system again it appears again. This is a random issue, they couldn't simulate this and i couldn't replicate this issue in either win7 and win8 systems. Please help me to resolve this problem as some of the user doesn't want to restart the system. |
