Default replacing computer using office 2011

I have office 2011 which came with 3 licences on our families 3 computers. Now my wife wants to replace her macbook. My question is can we do that by removing office on her old computer or do we need in some way to deauthorize the old computer? I don't want to just transfer the old stuff on her hard drive but prefer to do a clean install to not carry over various problems on the old computer.
