Error 1937

While trying to reinstall my copy of MS office Enterprise 2007 I get the following error can any one help me?
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 encountered an error during setup.
Error 1937 occurred during installation assembly component
{D2730D3F-3C41-5884-A01F-C8B9A1E18E} HRESULT. 0x8007376FD

I would appreciated any help. I am at a loss and no office product on my computer. I really need all the help I can get.
