Hi,

Recently, in Word and Publisher, when I try to insert Clip Art it freezes when I try and select a thumbnail.



It searches OK and I can view the thumbnails, although it does take more time now for them to appear, but as soon as I try to select it stops responding.

I have tried repairing MS Office but no improvement. Any Ideas?

Make sure you have keep your Office keycode.

Uninstall the office clearly then reinstall

I　think it is the best idea, the program sometime will broke after a long time.
