Default Rotate a PDF file and save?

I'm trying to Rotate a PDF file and save, but it won't save. I'm using Adobe reader X. I also have Office 2010 which I was hoping to use?

MS Office can't read/open PDFs, and you need something more advanced than Adobe Acrobat Reader to manipulate a PDF (eg Adobe Acrobat Pro). With Adobe Acrobat Reader, though, you can still rotate the view and/or change the print format between portrait and landscape.
