Default Office 2010

I remember in previous version of Office - one can add the company's name to mailing address. That was an Option. How do I do that in 2010? I can manually type the company's name. That is what I am doing now. But, I like to set this as permanent.

Thanks.

That suggests you're trying to do a mailmerge. See: http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm
