How to downgrade without loosing the contacts, e-mails, settings, etc in Outlook?

Export all before downgrade, then impot afterwards!
File > Import & Export > Export to a file > Personal Folder File (.pst) > *Your Choice Here - you may have to create a few* > *choose a name and destination* > Finish Do this for each folder and then you will have all the settings embedded. |

that is the only way? b/c I need to downgrade at least 20 machines.

Well, I would think - but not guarantee - that you could just install over the top as it would then use the current profile. I know it works when you upgrade, but you'd have to try it out first!
Any chance you have a machine that you can try it out on? Ex-worker, spare machine? If you were to set one up with a load of the standard settings and then overwrite it - who knows!? |
