Open new instance for each file
I'm sorry if this is a re-post, but I did run a search of the forum before posting this.
I have a computer running Windows XP and Office 2010 Professional. When I open more than one of the same file type, it opens within the same instance. I want each file to open a new instance of the program. Any ideas? I don't feel comfortable editing the registry. It's a work laptop and if it crashes it'd be a terrible mess. I'm also relatively noob when talking about things that you have to go to a forum to solve. So if it's on the more technical side please try to be as step-by-step as you can. Thank you. |

Why do you want to open a separate instance of the program. The application is designed to open multiple documents in the same instance.
