if I re-install Windows with a new product key, will my old Office key still work?
I have to wipe my laptop by re-installing windows and activate windows using the product key on the COA on the bottom of my laptop (It is currently activated using TOSHIBAs OEM key).
Will my office 2007 key still activate office if I re-install office following the re-installation? My hardware will be identical, it will just be windows activated with a different product key. |

If you reinstall Windows, Office will need to be reinstalled also. For that, you'll need the Office Product Key.
Question: how do you know Windows is not already using the Windows product key on the laptop case? FWIW, unless you're installing a different Windows version/edition, it shouldn't make any difference which Windows product key you use (unless you try to use a non-genuine one).
