Hi Denis,
Office Professional Plus 2010 (x86): 650MB Office Professional Plus 2010 (x64): 718MB Note that this is just for the installation files. SP1 is additional. Note also that MS Office cannot be run from a USB stick.

Thank you for your reply. I want to transfer the software onto a netbook; will I be able to do this using a memory stick? If not, any ideas how I could do it. Regards Denis |

If you simply want to install Office onto a netbook that lacks a DVD drive, you should be able to copy the Office DVD's contents to a USB stick and install onto the netbook from the USB stick. Because the DVD probably has both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Office on it, you might need about 1.5GB of free space on the USB stick to do that.
