MS Office problem on laptop
Hi All
I'm new to the forum but hope there is someone out there who can help. I have installed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 succcessfully on a laptop which runs on Windows XP with service pack 3 installed. As administrator all works properly: Excel, Word and Powerpoint can be used and short cuts appear on the desktop. I then created a user account for my daughter but no sign of the programme files and I cannot copy the shortcuts from my admin account to my daughters account. The copy of MS office is legit - 3 user licence. On my other lap top once installed the programmes appear on all users. Any idea what is causing this and how to rectify? Thanks |

Update - after much clicking and searching I found the solution. Something to do with shared files and dragging the short cuts from one folder into another. Anyway - all sorted but if anyone else has same problem and can't resolve I hope this helps.
