The thread immediately below your's (https://www.msofficeforums.com/offic...t-key-how.html) already answers that question. I have no idea what 'siw' is.

Have you tried restoring your OS to an earlier (pre-corruption) date? If your OS registry is badly corrupted, you may need to do that to recover the key.
