I was given a free copy of Office 2010 Professional 32-bit (Sorry Microsoft, no $$ paid here-lol) and installed it on my system running Win7 Professional 64-bit. Is there a compatibility issue? I haven't had any probs with the Office programs, but I have 16 different updates, all Office-related, that won't install. Have tried WinFixIt, repaired .NET framework, uninstalled/reinstalled Office, done clean boot and tried to manually update a couple of the updates. Nothing. Any suggestions? The only suggestion I got in the Win7 forum was to do a clean install of Win7. Really? |
