Office 2003 and error 2349 trouble, please Please help

I reformated my computer and I am trying to instal MS office 2003. I keep getting error 2349. I am running Vista home edition SP1. I installed SP2 last night thinking it may fix the problem but it didn't. I am also having issues installing my printer but I know that's not your problem, lol. Can somebody help me with this. Also I am not that computer savy so if you give me a solution with 100 steps please break it down like I was a 5 yr old so I can follow. I really do hope there is a simple solution though. Thanks for the help
