Question Uninstalling Microsoft Office XP (FrontPage 2002 folders)

I’ve just uninstall all of my Microsoft Office XP (2002). The uninstalling is complete, but there is still a folder and its root in the Program File that I can’t delete. The folder name is Microsoft FrontPage\Version3.0\Bin. I’ve tried to delete it from Windows Safe Mode and it’s work, but when I login back to the normal Windows, this folder appears again and I’ve tried to delete it directly but it can't because it’s says that the Bin folder (inside the Microsoft FrontPage\Version3.0\ folder) is used by another program Does anybody can help me how to eliminate this folder since there is no more file in this folder. Thank you…
