Hi Louise,

Evidently there's a fault in your Office activation/configuration. Have you tried repairing your Office installation? You do this via 'Programs and features' in the Windows Control Panel. See also: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919895
Alternatively, if you previously had a different version of Office installed, see:
