Printing Problems with Office

Hi, microsoft office 2010 keeps telling me that my printers are offline and cannot print (I have 2 HP printers, and it also won't allow me to print to PDF), and my printers in the device manager show they are ready and will print from notepad.



I can get them to work when playing with the print troubleshoot in office and restarting the computer, but then a couple days later the same problem comes back again.

The problem is that it is not my computer so I have to keep logging in to the employee's computer every time he has the issue -- so I need a real permanent fix.

Any ideas????
