Office Crashing when saving to Network Drive
Hi..
We are running Office 2007 on XP desktops with many Network drives mapped. When users save to a particular Network Drive mapping, Office will crash. However if i change 'Files Of Type' from 'All Excel Files' to 'All Files' it does not crash and the save process will work. I have searched everywhere for a fix for this but so far found nothing related to this issue. Please help.. Hi robbid01,
Since it appears the issue affects only one or many network drives, it seems the fault lies in either the network configuration, drive mapping or the affected drive itself.
