Basically is there a way to set up microsoft office or windows to print a selection of documents in a particular order with just one click?

E.g For a manual?

Hi OOla,

Are you referring to Word, in particular, or to files created by any & every application?

Hi OOla,

One could probably write a vb script to do this, but there seems to be numerous programs available to do the job already. See, for example: http://www.filetransit.com/files.php...mated_Printing
