SharePoint2010 - Groove2007 LAG

Hello..

I was wondering if anybody had any experience with SharePoint/Groove? I have ~12 work computer which were setup with Groove 2007 and more recently SharePoint 2010
- I think I remember reading somewhere that the Groove2007 workspace size cannot exceed 2GB or the synchronization screws up.
- My computer (administrator) was upgraded to SharePoint 2010 which still works, but seems to have a synch lag even when the workspace is ~800mb
- The workspaces can grow to ~20gb because people tend to exchange large quantities of bitmaps
- If all computers are upgraded to SharePoint2010 can speed be improved?


- What can I do to avoid lag with this setup?
