Have you checked to see if the Frontpage Extensions are still installed on the site?
A lot of hosting providers have dropped the Frontpage Extensions since they are not longer supported by Microsoft. This may be why the site is not longer working correctly. If this is the case you will need to use the FTP option to upload the site. Boyd Trimmell aka HiTechCoach Microsoft MVP
