Default Is it possible to customize right-click menus in SharePoint?

I have embedded all but one of my document libraries on SP pages. As you probably know, in a library embedded on a page, you get a much shorter list of options in the right-click menu than in that same library not embedded on a page. You lose features like Version History, Move to, Copy to, and several more.

I'd like to be able to force SP to use the extended library, or (my first choice) be able to customize the options in the menu that currently appears in an embedded library so people don't have to navigate to the actual library to perform what are really very basic tasks, like those listed above.

I'm surprised that, 1. MS thought having different menu options was good idea, and 2. that customizing those menus isn't a feature (unless it is and I just haven't found it). I've done multiple searches but nothing so far.

Thanks.
