MS TO DO will not sync with OUTLOOK 365

I have OFFICE 365 on a Windows 10 PC
And, I have MS TO DO installed on that PC
And, I have MS TO DO installed on my Samsung Android Phone

The TO DO on the PC and Phone are syncing very well.

But I cannot get the TASKS in Outlook 365 Calendar to sync with the TASKS in TO DO.
Is that even possible?
I seem to have some sort of mismatch in Accounts.

Any help will be appreciated.
