Default PUB.MSI @#$%^&*&^&*(

There are thousands of pages online where everyone is looking to download PUB.MSI in order to do the latest update. Does anyone here know where to download this file? It is related to XP Publisher 2002 somehow. If I can get a copy of it I will make a webpage just so others can download it to stop all the problems it causes. Thank you. 3's

Have you tried on your original Publisher 2002 CD-ROM?

Then you will be slightly breaking the law as pub.msi is a copyrighted file.

You receive the "This patch package could not be opened" error message in an Office
program

Office XP updates and patches released after September 2002 may require Windows
Installer 2.0

You are probably running office 2003 and need to point it to pub11.msi then sp3 can be installed
