Upgrade Lync 2013 Client to Skype for Business Failed
Hi all,
I'm using Office 2013 32-bit on a Windows10 64bit PC. I need to update my Lync 2013 Client to Skype for Business, I follow this guide, but after successfully install Office 2013 SP1, I failed at others packages. When I check for the version number, my Office 2013 version number, it yeild 15.0.4569.1506 32 bit. When installing lynchelploc2013-kb2889853-fullfile-x86-glb, I got the error "The installation of this package failed" When installing lyncloc2013-kb2863908-fullfile-x86-glb, I got the error "There are no product affected by this package installed on this system" When installing lyncmso2013-kb2889923-fullfile-x86-glb, I got the error "The installation of this package failed" Can you give me some guide to fix these error and upgrade my Lync client? Thanks and best regards, Long Nguyen. |
