Default Please tell me about 'maximum number of warnings has been exceeded."

I have a Visual Basic.NET program that started out as a Visual Basic.6.0 program (or possibly earlier). It uses a number of forms that date back to Visual Basic.6.0. These forms still work perfectly and do what I need them to do, but Visual Basic.NET complains about them being obsolete and supported only for 32-bit applications. I'm OK with that, but I'd like to reduce the number of warnings to an acceptable level. What is the best answer for dealing with this?
