Default Internet Explorer Warnings

When using a web service as a secondary data connection you get the annoying
message when the form is opened that "This page is accessing information that


is not under its control. This poses a security risk. Do you want to
continue?"

Is there any way to avoid this? Does it still do this even when called from
managed code?

Back in 2003, Shawn posted the following. I'm wondering if there is an answer other than installing such forms as fully trusted.
