Default Internet Explorer Warnings

When using a web service as a secondary data connection you get the annoying

message when the form is opened that "This page is accessing information that
is not under its control. This poses a security risk. Do you want to
continue?"

Is there any way to avoid this? Does it still do this even when called from
managed code?

Default Re: Internet Explorer Warnings

Back in 2003, Shawn posted the following. I'm wondering if there is an answer other than installing such forms as fully trusted.
