Default Microsoft Expression Web

I have several sites written in FrontPage 2003 and want to convert to Microsoft Expression Web. I have a couple questions:
1) I need to direct traffic to individual pages that are currently www.mysite.com/specificpage.htm can I do this with this new system and will my tag remaim .htm?
2) Is there a quick way to copy from the FrontPage site to Microsoft Expression Web? if so How?
3) Do I need a windows server to support this or can I use Linux?
PLEASE RESPOND TO EMAIL BELOW - Thanks in advance
