Question Infopath to Access

I am trying to submit information filled out on an Infopath form into a database. I believe I have all of the connections set up correctly between the form and the database, but my problem comes when trying to send the information to the database.

All of the help files/tutorials that I have located give me these directions:
  • In the Action list in the Button Properties dialog box, click Submit.
  • In the Submit to box in the Submitting Forms dialog box, click Database, and then click OK.
  • In the Label box in the Button Properties dialog box, type Submit Form.
My problem is that when I go to this dialog box it does not list Database as an option.

Any help or information would be great

Thank you.

Default InfoPath to Access

There could be several causes.

When you originally created the form, did you choose database?
Did you create a database connection inside the form to your database?
