Synchronizing lap top & desktop to receive e-mails
Have been using desktop with XP and Outlook Express for e-mails.
Have also been using laptop with windows7.MS Office 2007 is installed on both computers but as there was no outlook express available on ms office I have not been using the laptop for e-mails. It is set up with the desktop for internet access. Now find that I will need to have emails available to me on both computers.Should I be looking at live messenger or Microsoft Outlook.Which is the easiest to set up and could you take me through the set up procedure step by step. Is it possible to have all e-mails (received and sent) available on both computers |

Hi greyeagle,
Quote:
If you have Outlook Express configured to access an account with, say, gmail, you can configure it so that the emails on the gmail server are not deleted when they're downloaded. This will make them available to both PCs. Whether that means both PCs will be able to receive all the emails via Outlook Express, I can't say. What I can say is that neither PC will 'see' any emails sent from the other.
