Hi Chris,

With your workbook, change the formula in H3 to:
=IF(G3="","Unknown",TEXT(G3-F3,"h:mm"))
With the mailmerge main document, delete the '\* Mergeformat' switches. You shouldn't need a switch for the Time_to_resolve_hhmm field.
