Mail Merge for a school fundraiser
I am a light mail merge user and have a question for a school fundraiser I am chairing. I am trying to come up with a Word "letter" for each bidder at the event. My data source is in Excel and is about 200 items each with a bidder number listed for the item "won". Bidders may win multiple items.
SOOO...I was thinking of using mail merge and want the merge to sort by bidder number and list only that bidders items on each letter for ease in checkout. Any advice? |

What you're describing can be done with a Directory/Catalog merge. For a recent discussion, see: https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...nt-dollar.html
