Mail Merge Recipients List
I am having a problem with mail merge, the Mail Merge Recipients selection form is not working right. the buttions at the top of the form do not work see atttachments
I am using word 2007 and Access 2003 db on a windows XP machine Thanks in advance for you help

When you say "the buttions at the top of the form do not work", what exactly are you trying to do that isn't happening?
