I am creating a set of mailing labels with MS Office Home and Student 2010. The data is from an Excel 2010 spreadsheet. The labels (30 per page) are formatted in a Word 2010 document. The labels are sorted and selected in Word by a Mailings “Edit Recipient List” “Mail Merge Recipients” using Sort and Filter criteria. The resulting labels are exactly as wanted.
But every time I close (and save) the Word file, the next time open the Word file the Filter list grows by one or more fields. For example, if I use the Filter: xxxxxxx Not equal to 1 And yyyyyy Is Blank The next time the Word file is opened the Filter list grows by an additional entry: xxxxxxx Not equal to 1 And yyyyyy Is Blank And yyyyyy Is Blank How can I keep the Filter list from continually growing? |
