Default How to create multiple pages, 1 instance of word window

Hi, I have created a notices for every case number through mail merge and is working fine. The problem is there could be 100 cases at one time and this would open 100 microsoft word windows which is not very pleasing. How do I combine all word documents into one window only. (of course creating instead of 1 page only, would mean 100 pages or 1 page for each case).

is there a sample that I can learn from? I tried googling but did not find anything that is an exact solution to my problem. Pls. been struggling on this for days already. any help will be appreciated. thanks.

Hi cs starter,

A Word mailmerge only generates one output file per merge operation, regardless of how many records are being merged. The only way I can see that you'd end up with a document per record is if you're merging records one at a time (eg via a macro).
