Hi wowow,

It appears the empty email results from an empty last Section in the mailmerge output document. Try changing:
For j = 1 To Source.Sections.Count
to:
For j = 1 To Source.Sections.Count - 1

Hi macropod,

That's great! Finally, it works well.

Hi macropod,

I am thinking how to improve the macro to automatically opens a defalt file that contains emails list, let's say C:\Documents\Emails.docx. Currently it asks user to point out where the file contains the emails. I don't know if I am righ or wrong, but I think maybe we change a minor code that will automatically open the file.

Could you help me do so?

Thanks.

Hi wowow,

You could change:
Dialogs(wdDialogFileOpen).Show
Set MailList = ActiveDocument
to:
Documents.Open FileName:="C:\Documents\Emails.docx"
Set MailList = ActiveDocument
or:
Set MailList = Documents.Open(FileName:="C:\Documents\Emails.docx ")

Thank macropod.

I finish and use it for my daily works now.

I just have one more question that why it automatically sends messages without asking for security permission on Win 7, Office 2007, but on Windows XP, Office 2007 as shown on the image attached here? Is there any way, a part from macro to auto click "yes", to solve this issue?

Thanks,
