Default Inserting pages at the end of a mail merge

Hi

I have a problem inserting 2 pages in the end of a mail merge.

The document is a Quote, and the merge data comes from MS Dynamic CRM 4.0, and i would like to add terms and conditions as the last two pages in the merged document.

I have tried to insert the pages with a standard Section Break at the end of the template, but when i merge, the two pages shows up both in the Quote (Split up in several parts) and then again in the end of the document as they are supposed to!

Anyone have a solution to how this can be done?

Thank you in advance!

/Morten

Hi Morten,

What kind of merge are you doing? If it's a letter merge, I'd expect the 'Terms and Conditions' to appear as the last two pages for each record.

Yes, it is a letter merge, and yes, the terms and conditions must appear as the last two pages!

Hi Morten,

If you insert it into your mailmerge main document, the only thing Word can do with it is put it at the end of every 'letter' in the output document.
