Is it possible to edit the label templates without starting from start? Sometimes the template does not fit properly with the bought sheets.

You really should adjust the layout of the mailmerge main document to match you labels before running the mailmerge; otherwise, you'd need to adjust the layout of every table in the mailmerge output document (assuming you're not merging direct to the printer, in which case no post-merge editing is possible).
