Hey All, I have some labels I am creating which the data is pulled from SQLServer. I am using Avery 5262 which are 2 columns and 7 rows (14 labels in all)on each page and here is the problem I am having.
On each label there is a combination of static text and dynamic text (pulled from the database). It looks something like this.. Proj #: <<ProjectNumber>> File: <<File>> Index1id: <<PlanIndex>> RID: <<ID> CAD: <<CAD>> ok, the problem is that lets say you filter the records to only have 1 record and then try to print. The first label is correct, but all the other 13 labels have the static text still on them. How do you tell Word to IGNORE the other labels on the page and not print the static text if no record exists? Surely there is an option somewhere? Basically, this is how the label reads.. «Description» Proj #: «ProjectNumber» File: «File» Drawer: «Drawer» Index1id: «PlanIndex» Rid: «ID» CAD: «CAD» and the others are like this.. «Next Record»«Description» Proj #: «ProjectNumber» File: «File» Drawer: «Drawer» Index1id: «PlanIndex» Rid: «ID» CAD: «CAD» Thanks.. |
