I posted this question at Mr. Excel as well since I am getting the link from Excel.



I am creating a Template to use with mail merge and need to add a hyperlink to the template. Currently I get the link from Excel and add it to the Template, that works like a charm....what I have an issue with is that the link is very long and VERY ugly so I want to display something like 'Click Here' rather than the actual link.

How do I change the display text in my template? (the link for each email is different and there could be over 200 e-mails at a time).
